Onboarding & Wig Creation Program

Our Private Label Partnership is designed for beauty entrepreneurs who want to launch or expand their wig brand quickly and professionally without the burden of in house wig making.

With The Wig Kloset, you gain access to high-quality, glueless wig construction trusted by a rapidly growing, high-demand brand.

Partnership Fees (Non-Refundable) One Time Fee 

• 6 Month Onboarding Fee: $350

• 1-Year Onboarding Fee: $250 

⚠️ All onboarding fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

What the Onboarding Fee Covers

The Private Label Onboarding Fee reflects the time, care, and discretion required to accept and manage each partner relationship.

This process includes:

• Client vetting and approval to ensure legitimacy, seriousness, and brand alignment

• Review of hair and lace quality to maintain our standards

• Private label intake and order structuring

• Confidentiality and non-disclosure protection for both parties

• Priority production placement within our workflow

To protect our brand, our partners, and existing clientele, we operate on a selective acceptance basis. Not all applicants are approved.

Because onboarding requires dedicated time, review, and contractual preparation, the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Minimum Order Requirement (MOQ)

• MOQ: 6 wigs minimum 12 max
• 10 - 12 Business days turn around time
• styling (Side , middle , curls , straighten)

This ensures consistency, efficiency, and premium results for all private label partners.

Hair & Lace Requirements

Clients must provide:

• Their own hair

• Their own lace

✨ HD lace is strongly preferred for best results, seamless finishes, and client satisfaction.
We do not recommend lower-grade lace, as it affects the final outcome.

Wig Creation & Pricing

Once onboarded, you may begin offering wigs to your customers immediately.

Wig Creation (No Customization):

• $45 per wig (Small , Medium Large , XL) 

• Glueless construction guaranteed

• Elastic band + combs included

Wig Creation + Customization:

• $80 per wig  (Small , Medium Large , XL)

• Customization, wash & style included

• Glueless, ready-to-wear finish

• Elastic band + combs included

Lace Sizes Accepted

We work with HD lace only.

Accepted lace sizes:

• 2×6

• 4×4

• 5×5

• 6×6

All wigs are constructed to be 100% glueless for ease, comfort, and repeat customers.

Shipping & Location

📍 Located in Abaco, Bahamas

All private label orders are shipped to and from via airline:

• $33 each way (client responsibility)

This ensures safe, timely handling of all hair units.
